| Casa Linda Vista is a secluded oasis in the forest
overlooking the Pacific Ocean at Playa Grande, located
on a private three acre hilltop estate. Experience
the best of two worlds, as beautiful tropical forest melds into pristine
sandy beaches. With just a short walk you will find three
of Costa Rica's most beautiful beaches: Playa Grande, with its world class
surf breaks, Playa Ventana for swimming and Playa Carbon (black sand beach)
for exploring the many
tide
pools. |

| Tamarindo is just an easy drive away for deep sea fishing, restaurants, and night-life. But at Linda Vista, relax and enjoy seeing the many species of birds in the lovely flowering trees and plants, as you sit on the balcony and watch the sun set into the Pacific. There is the ever present parade of slow-moving iguanas finding a rock to sun on. Taking center stage are the families of howler monkeys making their way along the monkey trail and often spending the night in the trees. | ||

| Playa Grande, the beach below, is a nesting place from October to April for the Leatherback turtles. They may be seen each night coming up the beach to lay their eggs. Mornings you will see hatchlings making their way to the sea. The forest offers a great place for bird watching, and a trip up the estuary in the early morning or late afternoon is a great adventure. If you would like to explore riding, horses can be brought right to your door. Just out the gate and down the road is Kiki's restaurant and bar where you can linger over a cool drink and take in all the local color. It is truly "Pura Vida" at Linda Vista. | ||
