Hacienda del Pacifico

		Located on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, the Hacienda del Pacifico is a newly built custom house in Tamarindo Bay. The Hacienda is located at the south end of the bay and is a one minute walk to the beach. There are rock pools and excellent swimming directly in front of our beach area.
The Hacienda has been built with 'old style charm," but with the modern conveniences needed for a comfortable vacation. The main focus of the house is the large "walk gallery" connecting all the areas together around a central terrace area with pool, patio and beautiful garden.
		The fully-equipped kitchen is also open to the patio and dining area, allowing free and easy access for entertaining.

The house has four bedrooms, all with their own attached bathroom. Three bedrooms have queen sized beds, and the fourth has two single beds. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. The bedrooms open on to the terrace and pool, with fresh breezes and tropical greenery. The master suite also has an additional living area.
		The beautiful pool is free-form with a lovely fountain. There is a surfboard room for storage and a separate shower for coming in from a beach. We have parking for two cars in the front and one car inside the gates. All bedrooms have a small safe for valuables.
The lovely walk down the beach to all the restaurants and the center of town is 10 minutes. The walk to the rivermouth break for the surfing is 15 minutes.
		The Hacienda is located in a secluded part of Tamarindo without the traffic of the main roads. This type of house is perfect for families and those who want to be in a more private and quiet environment.

RATES: $450 PER NIGHT

Reservation Policy:
Reservations can be made by phone, fax or e-mail to Lexie Hutton in Costa Rica.Within 7 days of reservation, 50% of the payment must be sent in the form of a cashier's check made out to Alexis Paulk-Hutton, and mailed to the address below. A confirmation will be sent to the client by fax or e-mail upon receipt of the check, along with the rental contract , which will need to be read and signed , then faxed or mailed back to Lexie. No refunds of deposits are given. The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
