The luxurious master bath is tiled, with open walk-in shower and separate tub, with a tiled 2 sink vanity constructed of local hardwood cedar.

Living room

 
On the second floor you will find a large spiral staircase, living room, dining room, kitchen, bar area, half bath, expansive balcony, with large ceiling fans thru out. The living room has a built-in entertainment center witch includes 52’’ big screen t.v. surround sound, CD, DVD, cable t.v. and stereo system with in-house and balcony speakers .
One of the unique features of this home is the second floor covered balcony which wraps around the entire front of the house. A tiled 10 person Jacuzzi with infinity edge overlooking the bay greets you upon entering the balcony. The balcony has cushion-covered teak furniture, stamped concrete flooring, hardwood rails, hardwood ceilings with speakers and ceiling fans.

If you enjoy cooking, the spacious kitchen and bar area will be to your liking. The full kitchen includes large center island with hardwood top & prep sink, tiled counter tops with cedar cabinetry, stainless appliances throughout, side by side refrigerator, 6 burner gas top & oven with vent hood, dishwasher, microwave. All the amenities and cookware you would expect are present .

The first floor has 4 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 fully tiled bathrooms with walk in glass showers, fans & a/c in all rooms, hand carved doors and headboards, stamped concrete flooring, wood windows and bamboo shades. All rooms are accessed through the main entry lobby.
Casa Papaya provides maid service and laundry service. Beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, gift shops, bars and nightclubs are all minutes away by foot. Casa Papaya is the perfect vacation getaway. For surfers special surf trips & boat trips may be arranged. For golfers 2 beautiful world class 18 hole golf course’s are a 15 minute drive, with 2 more to open in the near future.

Casa Papaya's newest addition is a 2-story, traditional teak rancho. A cool, shaded retreat, the rancho is a great place to relax and enjoy the view.

Adjacent to the rancho is an exquisite free form pool with waterfall and pool house. A deck surrounds the pool with reclining chaise lounges. This entire back yard area is a tropical paradise, planted with palms, hibiscus and scores of native plants and flowers.
