For each additional guest, please add $25.00.
No more than three guests in one room. Rollaway beds are available.

A confirmation deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. We are happy to accept cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Traveler's checks. To guarantee a reservation of 1 or 2 nights we request a one (1) night deposit. A deposit of 50% of your total reservation is required for reservations of 3 or more nights. All balances are due in full 30 days prior to arrival. Your reservation deposit may be made by mailing a check to our Miami, Florida bank or with a credit card authorization. Reservations will be held 7 days pending receipt of your confirmation deposit. Villa Alegre Bed & Breakfast will gladly refund your full deposit with 30 days PRIOR notice minus an administrative fee. On shorter notice a refund will be made only if the guest room or villa can be rented . |
